1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.zarmislifescience.com (the "Site"), placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with Zarmis Lifescience ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SITE, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, OR PLACE AN ORDER.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site, including those who browse without purchasing.

Electronic Acceptance: Your use of the Site constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, Tex. Bus. & Com. Code §§ 322.001–322.021. You consent to receive all disclosures, notices, and communications from us electronically. You may withdraw this consent by contacting us at support@zarmislifescience.com, but doing so may limit your ability to use certain Site features.



2. Eligibility

The Site is intended solely for legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;

  • You are a legal resident or citizen of the United States;

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;

  • You are not prohibited from purchasing dietary supplements under applicable federal, state, or local law;

  • You are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a state sponsor of terrorism;

  • You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time for any lawful reason.



3. Products and Dietary Supplement Disclaimers

3.1 Product Availability

Zarmis Lifescience offers dietary supplements and wellness products including, without limitation: Immune Axis Pro, Joint Support, Calcium, Women's Probiotics, Lip Mask, Hair Mask, and such other products as may be offered from time to time (collectively, "Products"). Product availability, formulations, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time without liability.

3.2 FDA Disclaimer — Required Statement

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Our products are dietary supplements intended to support general health and wellness only.

3.3 Healthcare Provider Consultation

You should consult a licensed healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement, particularly if you are: (a) pregnant or nursing; (b) under the age of 18; (c) diagnosed with or being treated for any medical condition; (d) taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications; or (e) scheduled for surgery. Stop use and consult a physician immediately if any adverse reactions occur. Individual results may vary.

3.4 Adverse Event Reporting

If you experience an adverse event or unexpected side effect from any of our Products, please report it to us immediately at support@zarmislifescience.com and to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or www.fda.gov/safety/medwatch. We cooperate fully with FDA monitoring and reporting requirements under 21 C.F.R. Part 111 and applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.

3.5 Product Recall Protocol

In the event of a voluntary or mandatory Product recall, we will: (a) notify affected customers by email to the address on file; (b) post notice prominently on the Site; and (c) provide clear instructions for return or disposal. You agree to immediately stop using any recalled Product and follow all provided instructions. We will cooperate fully with the FDA and all relevant regulatory authorities.

3.6 Third-Party Marketplace Sales

Zarmis Lifescience Products are, or may in the future be, sold on third-party marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay (collectively, "Authorized Marketplaces"). Purchases made through Authorized Marketplaces are subject to those platforms' own terms of service in addition to ours. Our return and satisfaction guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through www.zarmislifescience.com. We do not honor returns, refunds, or guarantees for Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers. Authorized resellers are listed at www.zarmislifescience.com/authorized-sellers.

3.7 Influencer and Affiliate Health Claims

Zarmis Lifescience operates an influencer and affiliate marketing program. We require all influencers and affiliates to comply with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255), including mandatory disclosure of any material connection to the Company (e.g., "#ad," "#sponsored," or "#ZarmisPartner"). Any health or benefit claims made by influencers or affiliates must be pre-approved by Zarmis Lifescience and must not exceed claims substantiated by the Company. If you encounter an influencer or affiliate making claims you believe are inaccurate or undisclosed, please report it to legal@zarmislifescience.com.

3.8 Product Description Accuracy

We strive to display Product information, ingredients, images, and descriptions accurately. We do not warrant that such content is error-free or complete. Product formulations and labels may change; always read the current product label before use. Images are for illustrative purposes only.



4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, sanctions screening, or abuse of promotions. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgment of receipt only and does not form a binding contract. A binding contract is formed only upon shipment of the Product.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or system pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we may: (a) cancel the order and issue a full refund; or (b) contact you to confirm the correct price prior to fulfillment.

4.3 Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes, use taxes, and other governmental charges will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law, including Texas Tax Code provisions and applicable nexus obligations. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

4.4 Payment Authorization

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you: (a) represent that you are authorized to use the payment method; (b) authorize us to charge the full order amount including taxes and shipping; and (c) authorize us to verify your payment information. All transactions are processed by PCI DSS-compliant third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4.5 Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-replenishment program, the following terms apply:

  • You authorize recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed at enrollment;

  • We will send you a renewal reminder notice at least seven (7) days before each scheduled charge;

  • You will receive advance written notice of any price increase before the next billing cycle;

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your online account portal (self-serve). Cancellation requests must be completed at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled billing date to avoid that cycle's charge;

  • Auto-renewal practices comply with applicable state laws including California Business & Professions Code §§ 17600–17606, New York General Obligations Law § 5-903, and Vermont 9 V.S.A. § 2454a, as applicable;

  • To cancel, log in to your account at www.zarmislifescience.com/account and navigate to Subscription Settings.



5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories (unless expressly stated), or internationally. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title to Products and risk of loss pass to you upon tender of delivery to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, you must notify us at support@zarmislifescience.com within seven (7) calendar days of the marked delivery date. We are not responsible for packages reported after this window.

Refused or undeliverable shipments returned to us may incur a restocking fee deducted from any applicable refund.



6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee — Direct Purchases

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of confirmed delivery for Products purchased directly through www.zarmislifescience.com. To initiate a return, contact us at support@zarmislifescience.com within the 30-day window with your order number and reason for return. Opened Products are eligible under this guarantee.

6.2 Marketplace Purchases

Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or other Authorized Marketplaces are subject to those platforms' return policies. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to marketplace purchases.

6.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of our receipt and inspection of the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for misused, damaged, or fraudulent returns.

6.4 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers;

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage;

  • Gift cards, promotional credits, or items with no independent monetary value;

  • Products returned outside the 30-day window without prior written authorization.

6.5 Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact us at support@zarmislifescience.com within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect Product. We will replace the Product or issue a full refund including shipping at our option. Please retain the original packaging for possible inspection.



7. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to place orders, manage subscriptions, or access certain features. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your information; (c) keep your credentials confidential; and (d) notify us immediately at support@zarmislifescience.com of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms, fraud, or conduct harmful to users or the Company.



8. User-Generated Content and Reviews

The Site may permit you to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Represent that you are the original author and own all rights in the User Content, or have obtained all necessary permissions;

  • Grant Zarmis Lifescience a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in any media for any business purpose, including marketing and advertising;

  • Waive any moral rights in the User Content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove, edit, or reject any User Content at our sole discretion. You may not submit User Content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that violates any applicable law or FTC disclosure requirements.



9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, trade dress, code, software, and compilations — is the property of Zarmis Lifescience or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Zarmis Lifescience name, logo, and all Product names (including Immune Axis Pro and all current and future product names) are trademarks or trade dress of Zarmis Lifescience. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use any Company trademark, logo, or trade name.

DMCA Notice: If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a compliant notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512 to: legal@zarmislifescience.com. Include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; and (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.



10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and will not assist any third party to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;

  • Resell or commercially exploit Products without our express prior written consent;

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders, reviews, or health claims;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its infrastructure;

  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to collect data from the Site;

  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software;

  • Impersonate any person, entity, or brand, including the Company;

  • Circumvent or disable any security feature of the Site;

  • Make any health or benefit claim about our Products outside of materials expressly approved by the Company (applicable to influencers, affiliates, and resellers);

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.



11. Influencer and Affiliate Program

Zarmis Lifescience operates an influencer and affiliate marketing program ("Program"). Participation in the Program is subject to a separate Influencer/Affiliate Agreement and these Terms. All Program participants must:

  • Clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to the Company in every post, video, or communication referencing our Products, using disclosures such as "#ad," "#sponsored," "#ZarmisPartner," or equivalent language compliant with FTC Endorsement Guides, 16 C.F.R. Part 255;

  • Make only health or benefit claims that have been pre-approved in writing by Zarmis Lifescience and that do not exceed claims substantiated by the Company;

  • Not make any claims that Products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease;

  • Comply with all applicable FTC, FDA, and platform-specific advertising regulations;

  • Immediately remove or correct any non-compliant content upon notice from the Company.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination from the Program, clawback of commissions, and potential legal action. We are not responsible for claims made by Program participants that exceed approved materials.



12. Accessibility

Zarmis Lifescience is committed to making the Site accessible to individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III, and applicable state accessibility laws. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

If you experience difficulty accessing any portion of the Site or require content in an alternative format, contact us at support@zarmislifescience.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs and respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days.



13. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy at www.zarmislifescience.com/privacy-policy, incorporated herein by reference.

California Residents: You have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Submit requests to: support@zarmislifescience.com.

Texas Residents: You may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 541, including rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. Contact: support@zarmislifescience.com.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information under California law. Our full response to DNT and GPC signals is described in our Privacy Policy.

Nevada Residents: Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of personally identifiable information by contacting us at support@zarmislifescience.com.



14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that: (a) the site will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the site or servers are free of viruses or harmful components; (d) results from using the site or products will meet your requirements; or (e) any product will achieve any particular health outcome.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; in such jurisdictions the foregoing exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.



15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zarmis Lifescience and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to these terms, the site, or any product shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the date the claim arose; or (b) one hundred u.s. dollars ($100.00).

Personal Injury and Fraud Exception: The limitations above do not apply to: (a) death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law including applicable consumer protection statutes.

Basis of Bargain: The limitations of liability in this Section reflect a reasonable and negotiated allocation of risk and form an essential basis of the bargain between the parties.



16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend (with counsel reasonably acceptable to us), and hold harmless Zarmis Lifescience and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of or access to the Site or Products; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (e) any User Content you submit; or (f) any health claim you make about our Products that exceeds materials approved by the Company.

We reserve the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully.



17. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations (other than payment obligations) caused by circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, third-party carrier failures, or utility or internet outages ("Force Majeure Events").

The affected party shall: (a) give prompt written notice; (b) use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects; and (c) resume performance as soon as practicable. If a Force Majeure Event continues beyond thirty (30) days, either party may cancel affected orders and we shall issue a full refund for undelivered Products.



18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. For matters arising under Texas law, the parties agree to comply with all applicable provisions of the Texas Business & Commerce Code.

18.2 Mandatory Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the claiming party must provide written notice describing the claim and relief sought, and engage in good-faith negotiation for no less than thirty (30) days. This requirement does not apply to requests for emergency injunctive or equitable relief.

18.3 Binding Individual Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

Subject to the opt-out right in Section 18.4 and the exceptions in Section 18.6, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any Product that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at www.adr.org).

  • Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in English;

  • The arbitrator may award any remedy a court could award, subject to the limitations herein;

  • The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction;

  • AAA filing fees shall be allocated per the Consumer Arbitration Rules; we will pay arbitration fees for claims under $10,000 as required by AAA Rules;

  • All arbitration proceedings are confidential.

18.4 Arbitration Opt-Out Right

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF BINDING ARBITRATION. To exercise this right, send written notice to legal@zarmislifescience.com within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the date you first accept these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in court per Section 18.7.

18.5 Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND THE COMPANY EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT. IF A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT, NEITHER PARTY WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

This class action waiver does not apply to public injunctive relief claims that cannot be waived under applicable law (including California's McGill rule), which may proceed in court on an individual basis.

18.6 Small Claims Court

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for claims within that court's jurisdictional limits, provided the action remains on an individual non-class basis.

18.7 Court Jurisdiction

For claims not subject to arbitration, or where you have validly opted out of arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.

18.8 Time Limitation on Claims

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUED. AFTER SUCH PERIOD, THE CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS TO THE CONTRARY.



19. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Links do not constitute endorsement. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third party.



20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will: (a) post revised Terms with an updated effective date; and (b) where feasible, provide email notice to your account address at least fourteen (14) days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the Site.



21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, your account, or any order, with or without notice, for: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) conduct harmful to users, the Company, or third parties; (c) fraud or abuse; or (d) as required by applicable law.

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Site ceases immediately; (b) we may delete your account and User Content; (c) outstanding payment obligations survive. Sections 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 22 survive termination.



22. General Provisions

22.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

22.2 Severability

If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if impossible, severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

22.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right, remedy, power, or privilege shall operate as a waiver thereof. All waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized Company representative.

22.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, without your consent.

22.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are for the sole benefit of you and the Company and do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

22.6 Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

22.7 Notices

Notices to you will be sent to the email associated with your account. Legal notices to the Company must be sent to: legal@zarmislifescience.com. Customer support inquiries should be directed to: support@zarmislifescience.com. Notices are effective upon confirmed delivery.
